If you’d like to cancel your Free Trial before your 30 days come to an end or if you would like to cancel your membership subscription via a mobile device, follow these steps:
1. Log into your profile on your mobile or tablet. On the left-hand side, you’ll see three stacked lines. Click on that:
2. A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down until you see ‘My Subscription’. Click on it.
3. You’ll be taken to your subscriptions page. You will see an overview of your subscription with a ‘View’ button underneath. Click on ‘View‘:
4. Your current active subscription will load. You will see the ‘Cancel‘ button. Click ‘Cancel’ and your subscription with us will be cancelled.
