How do I Cancel my Subscription?

Whether you have an Annual Subscription, a Standard Subscription, or you’re currently on the Free Trial, you can cancel at any time.

To note, you will not lose access to any resources you’ve purchased, and any unused credits on your account will remain available even after cancellation.

Firstly, log into your Learning the Harp profile. On the top right-hand side of your screen you’ll see your profile picture (if you don’t have one, it’ll just be a little icon of a head and shoulders. Click on that and a dropdown menu will appear:

Select ‘My Subscription‘. A new page will load. In the menu on the left side of your screen you’ll see the option to select ‘Subscriptions‘. Click on that and you’ll see your subscriptions will appear on the page. Click on ‘View’:


This screen will show. Click on ‘Cancel‘:

Please note that your subscription will display as “Pending Cancellation” until the end of the current billing period. This means that if you cancel, for example, 10 days before your renewal date, you will retain full access to the membership during those remaining 10 days, as they were included in your previous payment. Once the renewal date arrives, your subscription will be fully cancelled and you will not be charged again.

  • Log into your Learning the Harp profile. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen. Click on that button. A menu will appear.
  • Now scroll down until you see the ‘Settings‘ section of the menu. You’ll see ‘My Subscription‘ Click on that.
  • On the next page you will see your subscription with the option to click on ‘View‘. Click on that.
  • On the next page, scroll down until you see the option to ‘Cancel‘. Click on that.
