Late-Beginner onwards: The workshop is suited to those playing at a late-beginner level onwards. You should be comfortable with the basic mechanics of playing the harp so you can focus on playing from chords.
Basic playing from chords knowledge is recommended: To prepare for Worship Workshops, we strongly recommend watching our “Playing from Chords: Getting Started” Workshop.

No levers/pedals required. The song is in the key of C major. We will also spend some time playing in the key of G, so be ready to tune up your F strings to F sharp if you don’t have levers.

First time playing all chords. This course was fun and challenging; reminded me of what I knew, and had forgotten, and made me go back and review seriously and rethink the importance of all facets of music. I always associated chords with cheat sheets and preferred arpeggios, and playing runs of notes in piano and classical guitar. Sadly this misconception was carried over to harp, and I have seen the error of my ways and the beauty, variety, color, and complexity that adding chords and chord progression can bring to the simplest of songs. This course and the two courses on chords that preceded this are outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to all students of the harp regardless of their level of playing. It was like taking 4 courses in one setting. This course is worth more than gold.
