“Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)” is a Don McLean classic that is so relaxing to play on the harp! Skills learned in this piece include quick placing of right-hand shapes, some syncopation, a few lever changes, and recurring left-hand overlapping brackets. If you learn this piece with the video course, you’ll get valuable advice on how to intertwine the right-hand and left-hand melodies to make it sound as wistful and effortless as Van Gogh’s original painting of The Starry Night.

Thank you, Carrie. A wonderful arrangement and the description matches precisely. I have finished the song just now. I really appreciate your all you explained in section ‘Well done’. – I will try to play it not so metronimical and more im my feelings AND of course play several times the playalongs!!! I DO LOVE always the playalongs. They give me a good feeling of the songs how they should be ment to be played. Again, thank you very much!!

Thank you, Carrie for this course and beautiful arrangement. The practice tips are so helpful to me, as are your encouragement around musicality (to allow the left and right hand to talk to each other, to have an image in mind as you’re playing). That is helping me a lot as I’m working to “smooth things out”.

Oh Carrie, thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ve been waiting for this one for a really long time, suggesting it every time I had a chance. I’ve been in a bit of a slump, and I hope this will help pull me out of it.
Did I say thank you? <3
