This was my first LTH course & I very much look forward to “living with it” this week! I went through the 14 YouTube sessions of How To Play The Harp with Christy-Lyn in early January & had to wait for 2 months before starting Harp Beginnings. Terrified that everything I was practicing would need undoing, I can now say that going through those free lessons first made ALL the difference for me! I already read music, but am completely new to harp (horizontal keyboard to verticals harp strings was/is difficult post-stroke) & SOOOOO appreciated being given clear direction & permission to move @ my own pace! My fears of unlearning bad habits are allayed, but there are definitely things for me to improve on. My right hand is the more affected by the stroke, but I rather forgot to pay my left hand any mind. 🤭
Thank you LTH! I look forward to my next course…& song! Well thought out!
