The simplified arrangement is a great opportunity to gain experience with lever changes and continue solidifying your technique. Although it’s shorter and less complex than the late-intermediate level, it sounds really impressive and beautiful played on the harp. If you learn along with the video course, Carrie will walk you through how to master those lever changes with plenty of technique reminders so that you feel in control as you play!

    Air on the G string

    Hello, classmates,
I just finished this one. It is the first piece I chose with lever changes. Carrie does an excellent job of showing when and how to make the changes. I’m not sure I was ready for lever changes, but I gave it a go. I’m glad I did. Even though it is only a little bit advanced for me, it gave me a push. Now all I need to do is keep working on them (lever changes). I’ll be replaying the videos, I’m sure. Carrie suggests other lessons with fewer lever changes that I will work on. Thanks, Carrie 🙂

    Harp or Recording?

    Pia Dussair

It’s more a reflection of the harp or the way it’s recorded. The sound is piercing in all the recordings. It makes it difficult to appreciate any of the arrangements.

Hi Pia, thank you for your feedback 🙂 Could you tell me, is the issue with the audio files you’ve listened to, the preview video or in the lessons themselves? We would like to look into this issue urgently – could you email me at [email protected]? Thank you! Have a great day! Glenda
