Hello, I’m new to harping and have bought a beautiful harp, namely the ravenna 26 from Dusty Strings. I have heard that stringed instruments are temperamental to humidity and dryness. I live in Canada and am heading into winter months now. We heat with a woodstove so things get dry in winter. I was wondering how I should be taking care of my new harp? It sits in the room on it’s long legs waiting for me to join in. Should I be putting a blanket over it and use a humidifier and hygrometer? Any recommendations on what to use?
