  • How accurate to tune the harp?

I find it very difficult to tune the strings exactly to the zero point on the tuner. On the tuner their is a green field what seems to show that it is more or less in tune. I normaly except a -1or -2 up to +1 or +2 as in tune. But I don’t know wether I am to sloppy or to careful or just right. What do you think?

That’s how I tune mine as well. There are some strings I can’t get perfect on the mark. Works out fine for me.

Fine for me as well because I can’t hear it anyway. It is just the tuner that tells me it is not 100% correct.

I also have strings that change tune from the beginning of the pluck and then slowly come into tune as it goes on. Does that make sense?

I have these strings on my harp as well. And it sometimes happens that a string seems to be out of tune when I plug it the first time but after I plug it several times it is in tune. In both cases I have know idear why the string acts like this🤔
