This is a hymn that many of us associate with fond childhood memories. The arrangement keeps it simple while maintaining the lovely original melody.

i loved everything about this piece! i needed to rewind in certain areas that were too fast for this old brain. Overall, it was great!
i did try playing it on my own before watching the video. What was i thinking! You made everything better and easier! Now i play through it more smoothly and confidently! Your lessons are a must if i want to learn correctly. Thank you for your talent and time!

I really love this song. We sing it at church often. Nice to be able to play it on my harp. The lessons were broken into manageable pieces. Although, at times the counting and placing reminders got a little confusing for me. I just paused and went back through, as Christy-Lyn suggests and things became more clear. Now I just have to SLOWLY increase my speed.

I loved learning this piece. I hadn’t heard of it before but it’s such a beautiful song. Christy-Lyn guided me through it effortlessly. Now to practice till I can play it faster, although it’s lovely played slowly too.

This lovely song is definitely playable for the late beginner-especially with the encouraging instruction that Christy-Lyn provides in this course. This is one of my husband’s favorite hymns-I’m so happy to be able to play it now!

This is the first course that I’ve finished, and I have to say that you’ve made it so easy! I love the reminders about position and shoulders, etc, much needed. So glad I found you to take my harp playing to the next level. Thank you!!
