@judiann.maddigan This is just the wisdom I needed to hear! I’m one of those people who tries every day to play the harp and I give myself flexibility maybe once a week to skip a day, but it’s hard to keep that up with a busy work schedule too. Even just 15 minutes is meaningful, but if I don’t play for an hour daily I feel disappointed in myself, but I should be proud of myself 😆
