Prelude in C Sheet Music
Prelude in C Sheet Music
“Prelude in C” is an advanced piece that’s a real challenge! It’s relaxing to listen to, and for some of us, it’s a dream piece we’ve been longing to play. This piece sounds quite straight forward, but the lever changes on the second page are very fast, and there are many places that require accurate damping of the notes. This piece is for those who have a solid foundation of mid- to late-intermediate technique, and are ready for a challenge that’ll take commitment and persistence. We recommend using the Video Course alongside the sheet music, because it includes a lot of input about how to accomplish those unusual lever changes with the single-note damping that’s required.

Difficulty level & Skills required
Level: Advanced. Although the finger work is repetitive and not too challenging for a late-intermediate to advanced harp player, this piece includes very fast lever changes with single note damping. For this reason, it’s difficult to get up to speed.
