This is a simple and peaceful version of Enya’s beautiful Lord of the Rings song. Christy-Lyn’s arrangement of “May it Be” includes simple rolled chords in the left hand during the verses, and broken triads during the chorus. There’s not a lot of variation in the left hand, which gives time to focus on playing hands together without stress. Love this piece, it’s given me the incentive to get back at my harp. It’s nice and slow which is a plus for me as reading music is a huge problem still. I’ve managed to get to the end and just need to tidy it up plus memorize it as that’s the only way I can make it flow.
