Difficulty level & Skills required
Level: Advanced (for intermediate version click here). The main challenge in this piece is the quick lever changes, especially in the middle section. There are also complex rhythms, with lots of syncopation and a few time signature changes. The right hand part is fairly straight forward with a single melody line and some glissandos, but it is quick and sometimes jumps up to high notes. The left hand pattern constantly jumps between low and high notes and has a few moments with accented syncopated rhythms.
Type of harp
Big lever harps, including 33 strings and bigger. This can be played on pedal harp, but pedal changes are not included in the sheet music.
Range
Lowest note is E almost two octaves below middle C, highest note is E, two and a half octaves above middle C.
Levers/Pedals
It is in the key of A major (F, C and G sharps), with D, C and G lever changes.
