I purchased this chair because I’m barely 5’2″ and needed to sit at an appropriate height to play my harp. Every other chair and bench I tried did not allow for me to have my feet flat on the ground without sitting on the edge, without any back support. This musician’s chair is not only well-constructed, but it is very easy to adjust. I have mine on its lowest level, which is 17″ from the floor. It’s comfortable, portable and permits me to sit at a height that is perfect for harp-playing. It was a little pricy but absolutely worth it for the amount of use it gets. I would highly recommend it if you are in search of a high quality adjustable chair.

I have tried numerous adjustable benches and couldn’t get the right height for me. My teacher has some older ones that suit me well, but I couldn’t find one to work. I finally tried this chair and have had very good luck getting the right height. And if I want to be lazy with my lap harp, I can lean back and play. I am very happy.
