How can I change the billing details of my subscription?

  1. Click on “Payment Settings” in the dropdown menu. OR for mobile: on the menu which you can expand by clicking the three lines on the top left corner of the website.

2. Click on “My Subscription” in the left menu

3. Next to your subscription, there will be a button to “Change Payment”. If there is not, contact us at support@learningtheharp.com

4. Once you have clicked the button, it will show a summary of your subscription. Click “Change Payment Method” again.

5. Select the method you would like to pay with. If you would like to pay through your PayPal account (either using your PayPal balance or a linked credit card), fill in your PayPal account details at the top. If you do not have a PayPal account, Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” below.

6. Complete the payment process and your details will be changed!

7. Please email us at support@learningtheharp once you have successfully changed your payment details so that we can ensure all is well and make sure that you won’t be charged twice in error.
