About practicing 3 times per week, good for you. That’s a realistic goal. On the weeks that you manage more often than that, you can feel good about yourself. It’s a better way to approach it, instead of someone setting a goal of 7 days per week. If that person missed one day, she would feel like she failed, even though she put in 6 good days.
