I strongly advise keeping your new jewellery away from water,perfumes and harsh chemicals. These can prevent your items from staying in perfect condition.

To care for your jewellery, clean with a dry cloth and store in a dry place.

Please understand, I cannot be responsible for the condition of any items in circumstances where jewellery has not been kept within this guidence.

Please be reassured that I always do my best to ensure your items are packaged to arrive with you in perfect condition! I understand, however, that accidents in transit can happen, and I will do my best to resolve any issues for you!

You receive a damaged item; please pop me an ETSY message or email to info@iglondon.com on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received. I aim to respond to all queries ASAP.

If an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, it may be necessary for me to receive the item back for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer must pay for the return postage costs.

Need to return your order. Send an email to returns@iglondon.com with the name e order number. I will return with the return instructions
After receiving items in the same condition and package, I refund the order.
Original postage costs cannot be refunded.
