Clocks for Advanced Harp

I’m so excited to finally be able to teach you how to play this impressive song! Watch the video below to see what it sounds like.

Wasn’t it cool to have all the clocks around me? We got all our team members to bring in clocks from home so that we could make this happen!

I’m excited about this arrangement because it’s the first advanced arrangement I’m teaching in my courses, and it fits on so many different harps: Lever harp, pedal harp and even a small harp of 26 strings! It’s unusual to have an advanced arrangement for that size harp.

If you learn this in my course, I’ll teach you all the skills required! For example the left hand jumps around and crosses over the right hand and there are lots of lever changes. I’ll help you to practice it all effectively so that you can play it fluently.

If you’re an Intermediate player who would like to push yourself and reach for Advanced, learning with the course will be absolutely the best way to do it. In addition to the step-by-step guidance you’ll also be learning alongside a group of Classmates, where you can share you struggles and get encouragement to keep going.

  1. Oh that was an awesome video Christy-Lyn. I love that song. One day, hopefully in the not too distant future I will be taking that course! This was beautiful. Thank you for all your hard work. You must be swamped arranging and making music videos, and lessons and everything you have to do. I am exhausted just thinking about it!

  2. Wow Christy-Lyn, that was fantastic! Don’t know if I will ever be able to do that. I will probably get this course to put on the “back burner” and add to my collection. There are also some that I missed in the past that I want to add to my collection. I couldn’t get them at the time. But wow, fantastic job! All the best to you and Jonny.

  3. My other interest is antique clock repair/restoration. I have more than 150 clocks everywhere in my home. Needless to say I have an avid interest in this course although I’m not quite ready for it. I will purchase the sheet music and aspire to be able to get the lesson and learn to play it.

  4. What a wonderful piece and such spirit and mood you brought to it Christy-Lyn. It will be a challenge for me but I will pursue. Thank you again for what you and your team do to make this community click. Always look forward to comments and and what you share.

  5. I really enjoyed listening and watching this video! I hope to sometime soon work my courage to tackle this one! I know my skills are not quite there yet but I appreciate that you have made this one for 26 string harps! Thanks.

  6. Love this one! Your arrangements sparkle! This is a ways in my future but I am happy to get it now and start working on it bit by bit. Thanks Christy Lyn!

  7. What an awesome arrangement! And the video is really quite visually pleasing too. Great job….way beyond me but hopefully some day!
